The room here is nice and has convenient amenities like a fridge, in-room coffee, and a microwave; the location is great, being incredibly close to the Coliseum and just a 10-minute walk from Regal Cinemas.

I enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly. Duane on front desk was awesome.

The only bad thing was the pool had just a little to much chlorine in the pool

The location was marvellous for Newport News, not far from "2nd Street" restaurant, which was very relaxing, and Hampton and Virginia Beach. There was Arby's nearby, offering quick meals.

The staff here was super nice, friendly, and provided top-notch services, the room was extremely clean, beautiful.

I had an absolutely fantastic room with a microwave and fridge. The staff team was amazing and good, they were very understanding and helpful. The hotel was kept fairly clean.

Not very clean through out hotel including pool area. Breakfast was rubbish, no bar.

Spoke to Victoria on the phone, who informed me there was some problems with the credit card we used. She was most polite and assisted us in correcting the problem. A soft tone lessens the problem and that is how she handle our situation.
